What data we process
We only process the data you provide in the contact form or in direct correspondence: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. The hosting server also records standard technical logs (including IP addresses).
Purpose and legal basis
We use form data solely to reply to your message and carry on the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). If the correspondence leads to a project, we process the data to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and correspondence, and afterwards no longer than required by law or by a legitimate interest (e.g. documenting what was agreed).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. It may only be accessed by providers operating our infrastructure (hosting, e-mail) on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Providing the data is voluntary — without it we simply cannot reply.
Cookies and profiling
This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not profile visitors. We make no automated decisions about you.
